Neil Henning
President
Neil S. Henning is the owner of a financial services company, Fortress Financial, located in Nutley. He has been an independent broker dealer for over 15 years and is certified in Long Term Care. Neil is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Past Master of Nutley Masons. He was inducted into Who’s Who in America and in NJ. He has lived in Nutley since 1992 with his wife Robyn. They have three daughters.
Karen Rozansky
Vice-President
Karen Rozansky is now a Supervisory Analyst at Morgan Stanley after retiring from Prudential Securities where she was involved in many aspects of the securities business, including research, marketing and sales. Karen has served as a Nutley Adult School committee member and has been an active with the Women’s Auxiliary since 1995 and on the Board since 2001. A graduate of Montclair State University, Karen was born and raised in Secaucus before moving to Nutley in 1978.
James Kuchta
Treasurer
James Kuchta was Vice President, Financial Officer, Director of Corporate Budget and CFO of a business division at Met Life. Jim received a Humanitarian Award for his work with Project Children. Other organizations include the Nutley Adult School, Rent Leveling Board, Spring Garden PTO, Advisory Board to the Nutley Health Department and the Little Falls Jaycees. Jim is a graduate of LeMoyne College with post graduate studies at Rutgers University. He and his wife Valerie have a daughter, Amanda.
Carol LoCurcio
Secretary
Carol LoCurcio is a social worker with the Child Study Team at Nutley High
School. Previously Carol worked at Clara Maas Hospital as a medical social worker.
Graduated from Fordham University Lincoln Center with an MSW, Carol is also a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Raised in Nutley, Carol and her husband, Vincent, have three grown children – Michelle, Joseph and Luke.
Trustees
Greg Tolve is the sole proprietor of The Delgen Press, a family-run printing business. Greg previously served as President of the NFSB for four years and is Chairman on the Elder Board of Brookdale Baptist Church in Bloomfield. A life-long resident of Nutley, Greg holds a BA in Business from Rutgers University. He and his wife Sandra have two daughters, Carrie and Sarah.
Ruth Bedford, a life long resident of Nutley, is a past president of the Bureau and has been active in the organization since 1972. She is on the board of trustees of Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan New Jersey, Nutley Senior Citizens Housing Corp., and Offender Aid and Restoration of Essex County. Ruth was honored with the 1995 Mattia Award, and has been the recipient of awards from the Nutley Jaycees, Montclair-Glen Ridge Red Cross, and United Way of Essex for her efforts on their behalf.
Sandra “Sam” Carella is the Chief of Staff in Nutley’s Department of Public Safety. In addition to being a member of the Women’s Auxiliary, Sam is a trustee on the board of Nutley Senior Manor and a committee member of the Nutley Hall of Fame, Women’s Initiative of Nutley, and Nutley Municipal Alliance, among others. A graduate of the College of New Rochelle in New York, Sam and her husband Chuck have two children.
Michael Cocco is a Financial Planner with AXA Advisors. A graduate of Penn State University, Mike is the president of the Penn State Alumni Association, Northern NJ Chapter and is on the Executive Committee for UNICO National, Nutley Chapter. Mike is a life-long resident of Nutley.
Phyllis Coldebella has been employed by the Township of Nutley for the past 20 years and currently serves as the Purchasing Agent. A resident of Nutley for 37 years, Phyllis is a graduate of Douglass College and a member of Nutley UNICO and the Friends of the Library. She and her husband have two grown children who live out of state.
Stephen Del Collo is the Environmental, Health & Safety Professional/Hazmat Chief/Emergency Services Coordinator at Hoffmann-LaRoche where he has held various positions over the past 37 years. Steve is a member of the Nutley Local Emergency Planning Council and a board member of the Clifton Hazardous Materials Control Board. Steve, a Nutley resident for the past 35 years, and his wife Nina have two grown children who live out of state.
Michele Fleitell has been employed by the Newark Public Schools for the past 38 years as a teacher, counselor and administrator. She served on the Board of Education for the Nutley Public Schools for six years. As an active member of the Nutley Family Service Bureau and its Women’s Auxiliary since 1989, Michelle has chaired several fund-raising events. A life-long Nutley resident, Michele, and her husband Sam, have two children.
Linda Grossman is a graduate of Nutley High School and attended Fairleigh Dickinson University. For nine years, Linda was a Staff Accountant with various companies including Ricoh Co. Ltd. After leaving the business world to raise her children, Linda became involved with many community service organizations including the Junior Women's Club of Belleville and local PTOs. She has been active in the NFSB Women's Auxiliary and Thrift Shop since 1992 and joined NFSB Executive Board in 2003.
Suzanne Maher is a speech-language pathologist. She received her BA from Douglass College, Rutgers University and an MA from Montclair State University, holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence and is a member of the NJ and American Speech and Hearing Association. Suzanne, a lifelong resident of Nutley, volunteers at the Thrift Shop, and joined the Board in 2007.
Tom Martin is an attorney whose practice focuses on commercial litigation, land use, community association law and transportation. A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Tom is admitted to the State of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and in the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is also a member of the Bergen County Bar Association and is a Certified Civil Mediator.
Loren McCreesh is a program and event planner for Nutley’s Department of Public Affairs. Before working for the Township, Loren was the Director of Meeting Planning for the consumer division of Wyeth Ayerst Pharmaceuticals. Born in Nutley, she grew up in Monmouth County and graduated from Berkeley College of Business. Loren is an avid recreational runner and is actively involved in raising funds for the Stem Cell Institute of New Jersey. Loren and her husband have two daughters.
James McGuire is a broker with Citizens Financial Mortgage and has residential and commercial appraisal experience. A life-long Nutley resident, Jim is a graduate of Nutley High School and attended Montclair State University.
Erin Thompson attended Appalachian State University in North Carolina and holds a JD from Hofstra University. Erin’s focus is on child and family advocacy. She and her husband Sean live in Nutley.
Edward Tyerman, a Senior Project Engineer at Merck & Co., has extensive experience in Safety, Health and Industrial Hygiene with a focus on improvement for employee safety and health, prudent management of environmental risk, and effective integration of property conservation practices. A graduate of Newark College of Engineering, NJIT, Ed lives in Nutley.
Carmine Ucci is retired from RCA in Harrison and Electro Scan in Garfield where he was a toolmaker/designer and the plant’s mechanical advisor. He is an active member in the Elks (Elk of the Year, 1982), UNICO (outstanding achievement 2002), Nutley Civic Celebration Committee, and the Nutley Old Guard. A Board member for 13 years, Carmine is responsible for the maintenance of the Bureau’s buildings and grounds. Carmine is a World War II veteran and has lived in Nutley for 42 years.
