David L. Fleming, MS
Chief Executive Officer
Before coming to NFSB, Mr. Fleming was the CEO for The Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality, and prior to that, Mr. Fleming spent almost 20 years at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, with his most recent role as the Assistant National Executive Director providing field services to over 500 affiliates across the US and its territories. Mr. Fleming holds a B.S in Criminology from American University and a M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Shippensburg University, and has done post graduate work at Penn State and the University of Virginia. Mr. Fleming brings to NFSB a wealth of knowledge and years of experience in the non profit sector at the local, state, national and international levels.

Mr. Fleming has extensive experience working for not-for-profit organizations and has expertise in public policy/advocacy, marketing/P.R., human services, fund development, program development, long range planning, organizational development and risk management. Mr. Fleming is a member of the American Society of Association Executives.

Gina Unger, MSW, LCSW, BCD
Director of Professional Services
Ms. Unger has a bachelor’s degree (BA) in Psychology and Sociology and a master’s degree (MSW) in Social Work from New York University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey and a Certified Social Worker (CSW) in the state of New York. She is a Board Certified Diplomat (BCD) in Clinical Social Work and a member of the National Association of Social Work (NASW), the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and the International Board of Christian Counselors (IBCC). She has completed the certificate program in Gerontology.

Ann Goldstein, MSW, LCSW, BCD
Senior Caseworker
Ms. Goldstein has a bachelor’s degree (BS) in Social Work and Sociology and a master’s degree (MSW) in Social Work from Rutgers University, Graduate School of Social Work. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey. She has a post graduate certificate in Child and Adolescent Therapy from Fordham University, Graduate School of Social Service. She is completing work to become a registered Play Therapist. She is a Board Certified Diplomat (BCD) in Clinical Social Work and is a member of the National Association of Social Work (NASW) and is a member of the Association of Play Therapy, the East Coast Sandplay Association, and the New York Play Therapy Association.

Sandra Chaves Levine, LAC
Caseworker
Ms. Levine has a bachelor's degree (BA) in Psychology and Spanish, as well as a master's degree (MA) in Counseling Psychology from Caldwell College. She is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey and is a member of the American Counseling Association and International Association of Marraige and Family Counselors. Ms. Levine, being bi-lingual, is able to provide counseling services in Spanish, in addition to English.

Judith Kuskin, MSW, LSW, APM
Caseworker
Ms. Kuskin holds a bachelor’s degree (BA) in Sociology from SUNY at Stony Brook; a master’s degree in Education (M.Ed) from Boston College; a law degree (JD) from Brooklyn Law School and a master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University. She is a Licensed Social Worker in the State of New Jersey. Prior to joining NFSB, Ms Kuskin practiced as an attorney and divorce mediator. She is an Accredited Professional Mediator (APM) in the State of New Jersey and is member of the National Association of Social Work (NASW).

Ingrid Burke, MSW, LSW
Caseworker Consultant
Ingrid Burke holds a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in French and Economics, a Master’s Degree in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University. She is a licensed social worker (LSW) in the State of New Jersey. She is also a member of the National Association of Social Work (NASW).

Ann Marie Conti
Office Manager
Ann Marie Conti provides administrative support to the Bureau staff. Ann Marie supports relations with the Red Cross and other local charities, as well as the Community Outreach For Food (COFF) Program and other programs for the Bureau. Prior to joining the NFSB, Ann Marie held leadership positions in the customer service and retail fields.
